What happens after you apply
- We read it. Every application, by hand, within a week.
- We call. Your wall, where the frame would sit, your HOA and installation. No commitment either way.
- We plan the install. If it fits, we prepare the submittal for your review board and schedule you for Q1 2027.
What we look for
- An existing block or masonry wall on your side of the property line, in the Phoenix metro
- A spot you see from inside or the patio
- A homeowner who will tell us honestly how it went, and let us photograph the finished wall with your approval before anything is published

What does it cost?
The Frame is $4,950 list for the lit Frame with your choice of screen from our pattern series. Installation by a trade partner, the 24 V DC driver and the RGBW controller are priced separately. Founding homes get the first install slots and a design consult on their pattern, not a discount, and applying is not a purchase or a commitment.
What kind of wall do I need?
An existing masonry or block wall on your side of the property line, in a spot you see from inside or the patio.
What happens after I apply?
We read every application, then call to talk through your wall, placement and your HOA. If it fits, we plan the install for Q1 2027.
Will you photograph my wall?
We photograph the finished wall for our own story, day and night, with your approval before anything is published.
