Trelace · Approvals
Designed with your review board in mind.
Most Phoenix homes answer to an architectural committee. We are building Trelace, and the paperwork that goes with it, for that review.
What goes in the submittal package
Draft, in development
- Product description and dimensioned elevations
- Pattern and finish selections for your home
- A placement drawing on your wall
- A description of the lighting
- Installer information
How review usually works
- Choose your pattern and placement with your installer.
- We prepare the submittal package for your community.
- You or your installer submit it to your HOA's architectural committee.
- Your install is scheduled once you have approval.
Who is responsible for what
Everything installs on your side of the wall: the frame, its anchors, and its wiring. Every community sets its own rules, and approvals and any permits are the property owner's responsibility. We never promise an outcome. Our part is making the paperwork clear, complete, and easy to review.
Approval stories
As founding installs are reviewed and approved, we will share their stories here, with each homeowner's permission.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need HOA approval for a Trelace Frame?
Many Phoenix-area communities require architectural review for changes that can be seen from outside the yard. Check your CC&Rs or ask your HOA. If review is required, we will help you prepare the submittal.
What will my review board see?
A package describing the frame, its approximate dimensions, your pattern and finish, where it goes on your wall, how it is lit, and who is installing it. The package is being finalized with our first founding installs.
Who submits the application?
You or your installer, depending on how your community handles review. We prepare the materials either way.
